soon.
Gasparilla
For nearly 100 years pirates have invaded Tampa Bay. The Gasparilla
Pirate Fest is one of Florida's largest and most unique outdoor
celebrations. The unruly plunderers take over Tampa in honor of the
mythical, legendary pirate Jose Gaspar. Over 400,000 people attend this
event which includes the invasion, parade, street festivals, and live

Florida State Fair
The 98th Annual Florida State Fair is February
7-19, in Tampa.The fair dates back to 1904, and features some of the
best arts, crafts, livestock, entertainment and food found in Florida.
It's the largest major fair in the Southeast and features one of the

Strawberry Festival
The 67th annual Florida Strawberry Festival is February 28th through
March 10th. Exhibits of agriculture, commerce, industry, livestock, fine
arts, horticulture, and crafts are included along with a community fair.
The festival dates back to 1930 and as always will include all the ripe,
luscious strawberries one cares to eat, contests, and concerts by

Did you know, the world's longest fishing pier is located in Florida? It
is located on Tampa Bay between St. Petersburg and Bradenton on I-275.

two-hour, behind-the-scenes Animal Adventure Tour showcases some of the

only). For the truly once-in-a-lifetime experience, consider the
full-day Keeper for a Day program ($350 per person plus tax includes
