Deposit required with all reservation.
Deposit must be received by mail within 5 working day from the date the reservation was taken. Deposit should equal to 25% or $100 per week the greater of the two. The total amount of reservation is due upon arrival. Rates are subject to change without notification. Deposit will be refunded with a 35 days written notice by u.s. mail only, less a $20.00 service charge. Less than 35 days, any changes in arrival or departure dates resulting in a loss of revenue will be charged to you. If you fail to cancel before arrive date you will be billed for entire stay weather you use room or not. Pool and premises are for paying guests only. *** Basic Prices on 1 bedrooms are for 2 persons. Basic Price on 2 bedrooms are for 4 persons. There is an Extra Guest Charge of $10.00 per day/per person (not to exceed maximum room occupancy). Arrangement for visitors must be made before they arrive. There is an understood damage deposit for any careless damage to room & premises during stay. We Guarantee room type not room number! Please check above information carefully.
