More shot of the beach restoration process

The beach restoration is now complete from Anna Maria City to 62 st in Holmes Beach   in other words from Harrington House to Sand Bar Restaurants  the beaches are done. . This section took a little under 2 week. The White Sands Beach resort and Annex location are both complete. There is still another month for Bradenton beach's part.

Anna Maria Island beach restoration has started  If you never seen it done it is definitely a site to see they pump in the sand from a barge about two miles out and are able to do about a city block a week. The beach will go from its current 50 ft. width to about a hundred fifty feet wide. For the shell lovers this is a great time to fine sharks teeth and may be even some old relics like musket balls , you never know. Our beaches previous restoration was about 10 years ago .
